Natural materials and forms conjure up the rippling sea and gentle hillsides between the Adriatic coast and mount Majella. The modern stainless steel finishes combine with the friendly wood surfaces, handcrafted windows and bricks, leading into the cradle of the most ancient culture....Wine.

It’s not strange then, that in the production of new AGRIVERDE winery, principles of Bioarchitecture and Biotechnique have been involved. All the rooms have been built with eco-friendly materials, electrical installations have been screened against magnetic fields, flooring and passages have been assembled with natural glues, everything has been done accordingly to the philosophy of AGRIVERDE.

Living in perfect harmony with the landscape, the shapes of the winery bulidings conjure up the Sky, the Earth and the Sea, because that is where AGRIVERDE is located; cradeled in the gentle rolling hills, between the Adriatic Sea and Mount Majella.

All the grapes are harvested by hand to ensure that only the best bunches are picked. They prefer hi-tech in the wine cellars to ensure they have complete control over all production phases. Quality is the overriding philosophy for each and every bottle.

This is a red wine that grabbed our attention with its terrific value and quality features. 100%  Montepulciano, this wine is very tasty with lovely ripe, black cherry and plum flavors along with a full, dry but very supple finish which makes this a perfect wine for any southern Italian dish or even grilled meat dishes. This wine opens up nicely with 10-15 minutes of aeration and it continues to evolve as one works through the bottle. We thought this wine to be complex and stimulating and certainly affordable.
