A Rosé that wants to be a Red
Once again, it’s been a terrific year for Rosé, I’m fascinated once again by the overall trend in this category towards lighter and more delicate wines. It seems like wine makers all over the world are in a race to make the palest of the pale-colored Rosé. Bodegas Latúe is ignoring that trend. No Photoshop trickery or color correction here, this wine really is that dark, electric pink, strawberry color!
As the color alludes, this is a deep, rich and vibrant Rosé, bursting with notes of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon. This beefy Rosé will pair beautifully with salmon and tuna and will shine with spicy gumbos and Cajun.
