Le Jarron is sourced from a Lieu-dit — a single named vineyard parcel — on the southern border of Saint Romain, a stone’s throw from Auxey-Duresses. Due to its comparatively higher altitude, this is a prime example of risk and reward in Burgundy. This higher altitude presents the perfect foil to global warming, resulting in an extraordinary freshness and lift.
