AWM Winter Wine Dinners

I’m thrilled to announce that our epic AWM In-House Wine Dinners are back for 2025! I’m doubly delighted to welcome back Adam Thome, our talented Chef and neighbor at 67 Biltmore. Adam is a master of comfort cuisine, and he’s quietly been one of Asheville’s top Chefs for the past decade.

The evening will feature some of my AWM Hand-Picked Selections, and we’re also teaming up with our friends at Rise Over Run for a double shot of locally sourced goodness. Kate Stamps, owner of Rise over Run and former AWM staff member, shares our commitment to sourcing top-quality, affordable wines while promoting Local-Global fair trade.
