Parellada (locally, Montonec), Macabeo, Chardonnay, and a touch of Malvasía deSitges. This isParellada at its best, from high altitude, gravelly mountain soils. Notes of intense lemon-oil introduce a nice zippy structure enhanced by the rare, fuller bodied Malvasía. The stony, mineral nuance will remind you of France’s Chablis or Riesling from the Rheingau. This wine is Certified Organic.

Forty percent Monastrell, 30% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinified separately then blended and aged six months in French oak, these four varieties come together to shape a rich, concentrated, and intensely aromatic blend. The velvety and round palate is highlighted by dark red fruit and mineral notes with a long finish.
