New Italian Summer Selections – Free Saturday Tasting – Saturday, September 7th., 2013 – 1 to 4pm

Join Mike Tiano for this informative tasting of new vintages from some of our favorite Italian producers. The bright and fruit-forward Cococciola (citrus/herb/minerals) is a perfect refresher on a hot summer day and it is fun to drink and say.  The complex Soave (100% Garganega) is a beauty and a knock-out value for those looking for a dry, unoaked, refreshing white wine perfect for either fin or shellfish! The Casabianca Chianti is a velvety smooth, elegant rendition of Sangiovese, with delicious, medium-bodied spiced cherry fruit, perfect for grilled fowl,  pork,  or even salmon. The rich, medium-bodied, slightly sweet (amabile) Baldini Lambrusco may be the perfect picnic red of summer, with its affinity for cold cuts, pizza, sausages, and cheeses. These are high quality wines at very reasonable prices. Join us to taste, learn, enjoy and save at our Free Saturday Tastings!
