Braai (pronounced “bry”, rhyming with the word “cry”; plural braais) is Afrikaans for “barbecue” or “roast” and is a social custom in South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Join us with Cape Classics Wine Importer Zingo Munger for an authentic South African Braai right here upstairs at the AWM Chef Joe Scully and Corner Kitchen staff are working on the menu and we’ll publish that along with the wine selections sometime next week.
