The 2012 Jean de Roze Blanc (Grenache Blanc/Carignan Blanc/Sauvignon Blanc) is a crisp, fragrant, ripe, medium-bodied wine filled with floral and citrus aromas and a lovely touch of exotic fruit! How about just by itself or with appetizers? The 2012 Les Petits Vignerons Blanc  (Grenache Blanc/Ugni Blanc/Roussanne) is a great example of this region’s dry white capabilities!  This new vintage is intensely aromatic and packed with ample fruit – refreshing, food friendly and just plain delicious! How about seafood or white meat dishes – perfect with spicy Asian dishes too. The 2012 Jean de Roze Rouge  (Grenache/Merlot/Carignan) offers a gorgeous bouquet of blackberries, pepper and spice, a lovely texture and terrific purity! Soft, delicious and very easy to drink…this is really a versatile red! The 2012 Les Petits Vignerons Rouge (Syrah/Grenache)has pure aromas of black fruits (from the Syrah), kirsch and spices (from the Grenache), some firm tannins and good acidity making this a natural with beef tenderloin medallions, burgers, a juicy steak, roasts, or pan-seared lamb chops.
